PIWC Athens Evangelism Ministry
At PIWC Athens, the Evangelism Ministry is at the heart of our mission to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching out to the lost and sharing the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ. Since its inception, the ministry has passionately taken the gospel beyond the walls of the church and into the streets of Athens. By God’s grace, we have seen lives transformed and souls brought into the Kingdom of God.
Our Mission: Our mission is simple but powerful: to spread the good news of Jesus Christ, bringing hope, healing, and salvation to everyone we encounter. We believe that the message of the gospel has the power to change lives, and we are committed to sharing it with as many people as possible.
Street Evangelism: Every week, members of the Evangelism Ministry go into the streets of Athens, engaging with individuals from all walks of life. Whether through one-on-one conversations, handing out tracts, or leading group prayer, we share the gospel with those who may never have stepped into a church. Through this street ministry, we have seen people receive Jesus as their Savior, families restored, and individuals find hope in Christ.
Testimonies of Transformation: God has been moving powerfully through the Evangelism Ministry. Many who were once lost, struggling with addiction, hopelessness, or brokenness, have experienced the transformative love of Christ. Lives have been healed, souls saved, and hearts renewed as we faithfully share God’s Word. Each testimony is a reminder of the power of the gospel and the importance of our mission to bring it to those who need it most.
The Evangelism Ministry at PIWC Athens is a living testimony of God’s power to transform lives. We are honored to be part of His work, boldly preaching the gospel on the streets of Athens and witnessing the incredible changes God is bringing to individuals and families. With each step we take, we are confident that the Lord will continue to draw people to Himself, and we are excited to see even greater things ahead.
